Boorowa is a beautiful drive approximately 50 minutes from the Guest House. It has a selection of great coffee shops, one of our favourites is the Pantry on Pudman, a great cafe paired with fabulous vintage pieces for sale.
Opposite the cafe is ‘Home Finch’ a fashion and homewares store with the existing charming old men’s tailor shop front. An absolute must when passing through.
Boorowa is world renowned for its fine Merino wool and hosts the annual Irish Wool Fest. It is a great day involving markets with local produce and artisans, entertainments and infamous running of the sheep.
